The Atascocita South C.I.A. Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our neighborhood.
The Atascocita South community is located just off E. 1960 and West Lake Houston Pkwy in Atascocita, just off Lake Houston. We are a quaint and diverse community where neighbors can get to know each other on a daily basis. We are proud of the community we have built and our community website was designed to help keep neighbors "in-the-know".
The information provided is not only about what's going on in the community, but also to give helpful lawn, garden, and home advice. Please take a look at the Atascocita South C.I.A. calendar. We want to post all of your block's social and neighborhood events. Newsletters for the neighborhood will be available in your mailbox as well as on this site. We encourage members to submit articles and information for the newsletter and this site. Updates will be done as new information arises and as home owners provide information.
We encourage you to become active in Atascocita South C.I.A. and all of your neighborhood events. After all, without "U", one cannot have commUnity. Sign up today to be on one of our many committees or to serve on the Board of Directors.

Just a reminder the park is a dusk to dawn park. Pct. 4 Constables Office will be increasing patrols in the Neighborhood and Park as summer approaches and enforcing all laws including dusk to dawn park requirements, juvenile curfews, speeding and etc.
